Kids Time (Sunday Morning Adventure for grades K-6)
After spending the first part of church service with the family, children grades K-6 are dismissed to go to our KidsTime. The kids are crazy about the Sunday Morning Adventure! They are divided into TEAMS by age groups, and the teams travel through various Learning Centers. Red Team:
Kindergarten We recognize that kids have different learning styles. The Centers are great for providing kids with many different ways to learn Bible truths. The Centers keep the kids focused on the gospel lesson, while their activities are constantly changing. Team Guides go along and monitor the kids on their adventure. Tickets are awarded for good behavior, handling the rules well, participation, daily devotionals, bible reading bookmarks, scripture memorization, answering questions, and volunteering. KidsTime Store On the second Sunday of each month during craft time, we roll in the KidsTime Store! The fully-stocked carts are filled with all kinds of goodies that the children can purchase with the tickets they have earned. The kids love to shop! Don’t worry if children happen to be visiting for their first time on KidsTime Store Sunday, we will have extra chances for visitors to earn tickets! Message to the Parents We want to reach young children with God’s love. We help children
learn about God and His Word through activities that captivate their
curiosity and make learning fun. Our Rotation Program allows children
with different learning styles to absorb the Bible lesson in the way
they learn best. It can make an eternal difference in their young lives.
Children learn to memorize Bible verses and express their love for God
and each other. |
