Outreach Ministries: Angel Tree

Purpose
The Angel Tree Ministry gives gifts of encouragement at Christmas to needy children, the homebound, the elderly, and bereaved, who regularly attend First Assembly of God Church. We also give gifts to all men and women who are in the Mid-Michigan Teen Challenge Program.

As fruit baskets are received, big smiles and hugs from all warm our hearts. When gifts are taken to homes, we pray together, thanking God for the Greatest Gift – His Son, Jesus Christ.

Testimony
This ministry was a real blessing to a large family in our congregation. The father of the home was incarcerated, and then died suddenly when he was released. The family reports that these gifts were really appreciated, especially by the young children.

Names may be submitted for consideration by those who regularly attend the church or pastoral staff members.
