Outreach Ministries: Thanksgiving Basket Our hearts have been touched by many of those gifted with Thanksgiving Baskets, but this story of one woman explains how this ministry blessed our hearts: A lady came to us saddened by her husband’s inability to find employment for many months. When she received the Thanksgiving Basket, she was so overjoyed that she began to cry. She had been worried that she would not be able to provide a Thanksgiving meal for her family. What a joy it is to reach out to our brothers and sisters in our Church Family in their time of need and to be a part of God’s tender mercies to His children. We invite and encourage you to join the work of this ministry. |
